Club Palm Bay Hotel, Marawila is one of the most famous luxury hotels in Sri Lanka. Conference and Banquet Halls

“Golden Palms Ballroom” is the state of the art banquet hall of the hotel. It is fully air conditioned, well carpeted and given a separate entrance. It can accommodate 350 to 400 guests at a time for any sort of event. i.e. weddings, parties and business conferences. The hotel also has a smaller hall for events that have fewer guests.

Excursions

Ideally located by the beach, the guests have the opportunity to enjoy the sun and sand according to their liking. There are many places of interest within proximity of the hotel while there are also places that one can drive to for a few hours. Guests can enjoy fishing expeditions in the nearby lagoon and marshes, boat rides along the 'Muthurajawela Marsh' and Negombo lagoon to witness numerous species of fish, birds and monitor lizards, a walk to the nearby fishing hamlets etc. Excursions can also be made to the Dutch Fort, St, Anne's Church in Thalawila, the Munneswaran Temple, Kalpitiya which is famous for dolphin and whale watching tours and the Wilpattu National Park.
